Mass exchange of chairs and electronic entry system

Dear students,

from January 23 to February 28, 2017 exchange of all chairs from student’s rooms will be done. Together we will also record electronic key on student’s university identification cards for entry to the building. We kindly ask students to come to the accommodation office with their university identification card or any other electronic card which support Mifare technology (fx. OpenCard, Lítačka, some contactless debet cards, etc.) Also, if you have your own Mifare keyring, you can use it. Electronic entry system will be fully functional on March 1, 2017.

Mass exchange of chairs will be made by this rules:

  • Students who live at the K1 building will come to the office of Mrs. Krucká
  • Students who live at the K2 building will come to the office of Mrs. Štastná

During the exchange, students bring their old chair from the room and receive new one. For the exchange and data record is not necessary come in person, roommate or friend can do it for you instead but it is mandatory do it. The accommodation office will be open also during lunch break by this period.
